If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault or has become defective following normal domestic use within the guarantee period it may be returned for a replacement. ‘Wear and tear’ and commercial use are not covered under this guarantee.

Please note the guarantee does not cover deterioration due to accident, misuse, discolouration, scratches, stains or damage from overheating
